Are premium finance companies subject to examinations by state regulatory authorities?
DO BIRDS FLY!? In any state that requires a license, a premium finance company may be examined at any time to assure proper market conduct and financial stability. However, since AIS’s “Epitome”® System is programmed to meet the requirements of the various state statutes and regulations, these examinations are routine. They are conducted in AIS’s Operations Office and are handled by us – so you don’t have to waste valuable time.
