Enhanced Capabilities Make Getting E-Mail Addresses More Important Than Ever.

In an effort to streamline processing, increase efficiency and continually improve service to your customers, we have significantly enhanced our e-mail capabilities. That means everything from bills, finance agreements and
letters to late notices and cancellations can be e-mailed directly to borrowers. But to do this, we need your customers’ e-mail addresses. So please, when you’re signing up someone new or talking to an existing customer, ask for their
e-mail address.

Now MGA Producers Can Access Epitome®.

Want your producers to be able to check their customer accounts, verify payments, and review finance agreements directly from Epitome®. Simply send an e-mail to whartmann@automatedinstallment.com or give us a call. We’ll add a
tab to your website that enables producers to request a user ID and password. Upon their request, the system automatically generates an e-mail to your finance company contact for approval. Once we get the go-ahead, we’ll send
the producer an e-mail that gives them everything they’ll need.
