Frequent Problems and Solutions regarding errors when accessing Jwalk or EZQuote.

Problem 1:
When I click Epitome icon, nothing happens.
Press "Ctrl" key from your keyboard and then click the Epitome icon at the same time until you see the pop up window, which will prompt you to download Jwalk windows client then release the "Ctrl" key.
Problem 2:
Jwalk not completely installed.
Problem 3:
You have either of the below issues:
  1. When using the Epitome link to access Epitome, nothing happens.
  2. While in EZQuote, you don't see the button "Add New Policy".
You need to add our site to your Compatibility View Settings in Internet Explorer. Please follow the below steps:
  1. Click the Tools menu in your Internet Explorer menu bar. If you don't see the menu bar, press your Alt key on your keyboard.
  2. Click on Compatibility View Settings
  3. You should see in the "Add this website" box, click on the "Add" button.
  4. After clicking the "Add" button, the website will move down to the "Websites you've added to Compatibility View:" box.
  5. Make sure "Display all websites in Compatibility View" is NOT checked and click close.
  6. Close all open Internet Explorer windows and reopen.
  7. Go back to the website and try again.
Problem 4:
If you are viewing a quote or contract in EZQuote and then go back to make a change, and it brings up the first quote or contract:
You need to change Internet Explorer to always check for new versions of stored pages. Please follow steps below:
  1. Click on tools and then on Internet Options. (If you don't see the tools menu at the top of the page, press the alt key on your keyboard)
  2. On the General tab, under Browsing History, click Settings.
  3. Change the "Check for newer versions of stored pages" section to "Every time I visit the webpage"
  4. After making the change, click OK, then click OK again.
  5. Close all open Internet Explorer windows and reopen.
